What is Operations & Governance?
Operations & Governance is the Indicia capability for keeping applications, AI solutions, data platforms and technological infrastructure manageable and future-proof.
On the operational side we take care of continuity, performance and ongoing development of systems in production. From a governance perspective we make sure applications are and stay transparent, auditable and compliant, whether or not we built them.
Managed to ISO 27001 and ISAE 3000A Type II
We are ISO 27001 certified and we hold an ISAE 3000A Type II report. That means information security and process control are structurally embedded in the way we work, from access management and incident handling to documentation and audit trails.
