Our colleagues make the difference. That is why everyone has a training budget, we attend professional events every year and we work with DevOps to share knowledge widely.
Development also needs a healthy base. Think healthy food at the office, sports activities and room to unwind with colleagues.
Opportunities for everyone
Everyone has potential. Making room for that is what gives us energy. That is why we are a partner of Fontys, Avans and the student association Flow.
We are happy to contribute to a society where everyone can take part. We support Stichting Roze Maandag, we are a member of Kobra and we take part in the Verbeeten Challenge.
And because sport is one of the most powerful ways to bring people together, we are the digital partner of Willem II, main sponsor of Hockey Club Tilburg and sponsor of the Tilburg rugby club.

CO₂ Performance Ladder
We are certified at level 3 of the CO₂ Performance Ladder and have been a member of the Club van 49 since 2021: an initiative of companies that keep each other sharp on cutting CO₂.
Indicia Impact Day
Every year we put our expertise to work for the volunteer organisations that benefit from it most. Not with a cheque, but with our people, our knowledge and our time. The result? More volunteers, more funding, more reach. More efficient working and better digital processes. More impact for volunteer organisations, with less effort.

We track the emissions from heating our buildings, our electricity use and our transport in a management information system, and use that to calculate our CO2 emissions. Every year an external auditor assesses whether our CO2 emissions have been measured correctly and whether we are taking enough measures to reach our reduction targets. We publish the full reports on this page.
The CO₂ Performance Ladder (CO₂-Prestatieladder) is a certification scheme that assesses companies on their efforts to reduce CO₂. Indicia is certified at level 3.
An annual initiative where volunteer organisations pitch their challenge. Impact Day has only winners, which is why three to five organisations pitch each year. The size of the project we take on depends on the prize.
