Indicia acquires WordPress specialist Stuurlui

As of 1 September 2026, Indicia is acquiring Stuurlui, a WordPress specialist with clients in every segment, from SMEs to multinationals. With this acquisition Indicia strengthens its position as a technology, data and AI partner. Stuurlui will continue as an independent operating company within Indicia. Stuurlui's current management stays responsible for day-to-day leadership.

The acquisition fits Indicia's strategy of combining organic growth with targeted acquisitions of specialist technology companies. With Stuurlui it deepens its capacity and strengthens its position in sectors where both companies are already active, including finance, food, fashion, retail, public, healthcare and education.

More WordPress expertise

Indicia already has its own WordPress team. The acquisition of Stuurlui creates more capacity for WordPress platforms. Both teams keep their own client responsibility and join forces where that makes sense. "With the acquisition of Stuurlui we are adding WordPress capacity, but also entrepreneurship and long-standing client relationships," says Carlo Korssen, CEO of Indicia.

The client question decides the technology
