About the role

Do you want to learn how to make marketing processes smarter with data and automation?
During this internship you work with performance reports, marketing flows and CRM processes in HubSpot. You learn how to turn data into concrete actions and how to think along about hitting marketing, sales and service targets.

What will you do?

During your internship or graduation project you work on a range of projects within our online marketing team. You learn how marketing automation and CRM come together to get better results. Among other things, you will be:

Working with performance reports and analysing marketing results
Drawing conclusions from data and thinking along about improvements
Thinking along about hitting and improving our clients' KPIs
Designing and improving marketing processes, such as email flows and follow-up processes
Helping to set up and improve mailings and automated follow-ups
Helping to optimise the marketing and sales funnel
Working with HubSpot as the central CRM system
Supporting brainstorm sessions and developing new ideas and campaigns

Your profile

Who are you?

You are interested in data, marketing processes and automation, and you enjoy analytical work.

You are studying a relevant degree at a university of applied sciences or a research university (Marketing, Communication, Business Economics, Digital Business or Data Driven Marketing, for example)

You are interested in data analysis and marketing processes

You enjoy spotting patterns in figures and reports

Ideally you know HubSpot, CRM systems or email marketing tools (a plus)

You like thinking along about improvements and new ideas

You have a good command of Dutch, both spoken and written (B2 to C1 level)

What does the application process look like?
